- St Andrews (old course) – is there a more famous golf course worldwide? The home of golf was an easy pick for our list, St Andrews has such a huge pull attracting visitors from all over the globe. You need a registered 28 handicap from your own golf course to play – We can advise you on all the details you need.
- Carnoustie (challenge yourself) – Carnoustie is a notoriously difficult natural links golf course based in Angus, Scotland. Keep a low score here and you can hold your head high!
- Turnberry – Another championship course home to many an Open Championship over the years!
- Machrihanish (Wee Hidden Gem) – This is a must seen Scottish links golf course. We have taken many people from our tours of Scotland & Argyll here and they all love it!

We have tours available all over Scotland including the Kingdom of Fife so we are no strangers to 18 holes at St Andrews or a guided tour of the course and surrounding areas. Popular destinations such as St Andrews Cathedral and St Andrews Castle are available to name a few.
Whisky & Golf Package Tours Scotland
We have a large collection of photographs with fond memories of people we toured and golfed with. Many people on our package tours include golf as part of a tour or have booked longer term golf tours with us.
In April 2018 we had Thenghooi and his group who were on a 7 day tour with us stop to play rounds of the old course.
This group visited St Andrews on day 2 of their tour, they visited the Islay distilleries which they really enjoyed and played more golf at Dundonald championship links golf course home to the 2017 Scottish Open. Playing two championship courses and tasting the countries finest whisky, red wine and food like their meal at the Dundonald links clubhouse which had a mixture of all three.
